Energy Runner
What do I mean by Energy Runner?
I love the double meaning of Energy Runner™ to my practice. Energy work is fundamental to my work with clients as we clear and balance their energy systems. And being a longtime runner, I am passionate about helping runners use energy balancing techniques to enhance their running and to use their running to transform their life.

As a psychologist certified in Energy Psychology with extensive training in Energy Medicine, I use various methods to help clients bring balance to their energy systems. In addition to mindfulness meditation, I teach clients to use Eden Energy Medicine balancing exercises, as well as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique, or Tapping) and AIT (Advanced Integrative Therapy), to manage their emotional life and bring more joy and vitality to their daily lives and their relationships.

As a runner for more than 30 years, I have discovered ways to use energy balancing exercises to enhance one’s running, and ways to use one’s running as a tool for personal and relational transformation. I teach individual runners and teams techniques to improve their running and address various running injuries and roadblocks.
